Domestic Orders

For domestic buyers within India, all orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.

Dispatch Timelines

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless a different delivery date is agreed at the time of purchase. All deliveries are subject to the norms and timelines of the respective courier or postal authorities.

Liability

MEDISHUTTER PRIVATE LIMITED is responsible for handing over the consignment to the courier/postal service within the above dispatch period. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies, postal authorities, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer during checkout. Please ensure the details are correct and complete at the time of placing the order.

Order Confirmation

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details at the email address registered with us.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product description on the outer box or shipping label to protect customer privacy.
